MOSQUAM operation work flow

1. At the beginning a process-orientated and a function-orientated criteria catalogue is compiled. Thereby one can revert to an existing basis-criteria catalogue or develop a catalogue oneself.

2. The chosen criteria catalogue is loaded on the web server provided by MOSQUAM. From there all PDAs are initialized and the collected data are administrated. The MOSQUAM web server represents the heart of your quality management programm.

3. Before starting the MOSQUAM server is updating and initializing all PDAs, i.e. for every tester and for every time series the latest access information, profiles and passwords are installed.

4. Now the check is accomplished. This can happen through the own employees (open test) or through anonymous testers (mystery check).

5. Every tester has the possibility to have an immediate look at the reporting and an overview of the latest tested object on the PDA.

6. The last step is the complete and broad reporting of the tested object over all time series and testers. The reporting protocols as well as a list of the "critical incidents" are generated in order to guarantee a rapid overview. If required the criteria catalogue can be adapted and it begins again with step 1. If no variances occur and further time series are created, it is continued with step 3 or 4.
