The expert assessment surveys data and information, which helps to evalute the
decision to invest in a modern adventure park project.
The expertise contains evaluations of the expected mass of visitors allocated to seasons to weekdays and to months.
Furthermore the potential visitors were classifed and described in their behavior of demand.
Standardization of quality and brand development of a 5-star hotel chain
Conception, development and realization of a quality standardization and brand development programm
for a 5-star hotelchain in middle east (project duration 3 years).
Beside a necessary strategic new-positioning another great objective was the adjustment of internationally
valid and common hotel standards. Moreover many hotel-staff-trainings for different knowledge-skils and management levels
have been conducted to significantly improve the service of the hotel staff in every division.
Research and strategic consulting on new-positioning for an exclusive holiday destination
We conducted a representative research for a None-European, high-priced and exclusively positioned holiday destination.
The project aimed at both the unaided and the aided high profile but also measured the existing market volume, attitudes
and expectations as well as the current positioning toward main competitors. Based on the results a situation
analysis was started to work out central SWOT-strategies and corresponding recommendations for new marketing measures
like e.g. increasing the high profile and the new-/re-positioning in German speaking markets.
